If you have "permanent residence" visa
or "marriage" visa, it is not so difficult to create your own company in Japan (in Japanese, "Kabushiki-gaisha"). It will take about 30 days.

Charge:
To "Kohshoh-nin"-- about 90,000 yen
(公証人、こうしょうにん）
To "Hohmukyoku"-- about 150,000 yen
（法務局、ほうむきょく）
Fee:

cf. "Kohshoh-nin" means those who certificate about your company.
cf. "Hohmukyoku" means a section of Justice of Ministry and the place to register your firm.
